Pilot whales

A wonderful day on a catamaran off the coast of Tenerife in search of whales and dolphins. To be honest they were to be a bonus as it was brilliant scudding through the crystal clear blue water, sun shining wih a broad grin in a bright blue sky with the business of the coast line a mere suggestion. But then we had the best reward, a pod of pilot whales simply basking in the sunshine (as you do) and half an hour later we also had three wild dolphins surfing the bow of the catamaran.
