Superstructure (pre-demolition)

Not the original plan, but as we were driving past it suddenly dawned on me I only had another week or so to get the long-promised shots of Cockenzie Power Station before it is pulled down completely.

Fantastic to wander round -  lots of angles and possible shots. However, given it wasn't the intended subject, I'd left my wide angled lens at home - which ruled out capturing the whole thing with the dual chimneys! 

I may have to go back...maybe capture a sunset this week?
