Hop festival

We wanted to leave the festival after having seen the 'one man and his dog' demonstration, but the beer tasting college started and although I never drink beer it caught my interest. Now I know about 4 different kind of beers. When naming the flavour of them I can only make a difference in yummy or not, while I probably should have taste ingredients. However I would like to know more about beers and the making.

we've met the man on the blip  on our way towards the festival. He was kindly enough to pose for me with the hop.
