Learning how to train a dog to sit and lie down while getting today's reading practice in - multi tasking at its finest. She can do the sitting now, down is going to take a little more work.

Tomorrow morning I shall discover the impact of two days rest after 5 days of a daily hour long walk last week. Annoyingly, everything is still a bit sore and swollen but a fine reason to sit down with my feet up for the rest of today!
