Little Egret
I had a busy morning cutting the grass, and then moving all my bales of hay and sorting them, as there was a leak where they were and some had got wet. I had to remove all the wet parts such a pain and waste of hay so that the hay didn't go mouldy, I lost about 2 bales in all, but now they are in a better dry place. After lunch I help my Mum cover the outdoor swimming pool, then we both took Daisy for a long walk along the beach. I was hoping to get some more pictures of the Turnstones that I saw the other week, but I only saw them in flight.
Instead even better there were some Little Egrets on the beach, 4 in all. This was my favourite shot, had my extra been more in focus then that would have been my favourite. The grey line is actually some barbed wire that was in front of the bird, not a mark on my lens ;)
