The Beast

Aged, high welfare and rare breed. In all honesty I think this is the first time I have cooked a rib of beef. if you are going to do it, you have to make sure it was the happiest animal in existence.

Ian and Ken kindly cooked me meals while my kitchen was being replaced, so I am returning the compliment the best way I can. The beef will be served with roast potatoes, veg, horseradish and gravy made from stock I spent yesterday preparing. 

Starter will be scallops on pea puree with Iberia ham.

The remaining lemon cake for pudding plus Epoisse cheese (not for the faint hearted and not at the same time).
