Feed the Birds

Laurie is the bird lady of the Rillito Trail. A friend gives her surplus popcorn from a movie theater. Then Laruie broadcasts the popcorn along the trail to feed the birds. 

Every time I see Laurie I hum 'Feed the Birds' from Mary Poppins and tears well up in my eyes. 

'Feed the Birds' was Walt Disney's favorite song and probably mine too.
