The Last Castle

The Last Castle is a fantastic restaurant that is preached high on a hill overlooking the sea.  Its simply beautiful.  Food is also simple but oh so very very delicious.....you can have either chicken or pork or pork or chicken!  The meat is cooked outside on spits.....just amazing flavour.  The service is outstanding too, very friendly. 

After lunch we headed to Turtle Beach and spent a fun two hours in the sea and kicking a ball around.

Back at our villa now and in a short while we are going to go for a run and then relax by the pool for the evening with something cool, refreshing and might contain bubbles!!

Tomorrow is the start of serious final assignment work and I also have  conference all for work at 3:30....not going to be a hard day, how can it be with a fab pool to cool off in??
