Tokyo Skyscrapers

Finished all my meetings after lunch today so got a little bit of time to go out and see some of Tokyo.
Went to the Tokyo government building where there is a viewing gallery on the 45th floor. It seems that just about all the Skyscrapers are around the same height.
It was starting to brighten up but not enough to be able to see Mt Fuji.
Here you can see the Tokyo Skytree in the background which has an observation deck near the top. Not sure what the interesting white tower is though.
