Afternoon Tea

We took afternoon tea at East Sussex National Golf Club Hotel. The sun shone & it was a fine affair indeed...

Bro Jamie invited us to this little extravaganza, where we were treated to dinky sandwich's with their crusts cut off, scones with jam & cream, a variety of cakes & lashings of tea & coffee. A certain someone ordered a coke, which is just not the done thing! I jest & it was a fun little afternoon.

We spent the evening cheering the England to a win & then we watched the brilliant Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows. By luck Jamie had bought it earlier in the day & as we had all gone to see it, minus Jenny, when it had been released at the cinemas, it couldn't have been better timed.

Don't look at us all like that. We really wanted to see it & she was in Newcastle at the time anyway.
