Hoverfly

The Artichoke flowers attract Bees and Hoverflies, such a beautiful colour!
After all the rain of yesterday which caused floods and much damage to the lanes hereabouts, today was beautiful and sunny! Birthday lunch with freespiral and himself, then a bit more bimbling in the garden before heading out to supper with friends and an evening of music around an outdoor fire.
