Brightening our day

We were so ready for FRIDAY!  Long week of work, and with school starting.....Sugar was feeling tired.  She had a good day, but was so sore from PE on Thursday.  The new PE teacher really put the kids through some rigorous exercising, and allllll the children had very sore legs.  It made for a hard time getting up and down out of their chairs.  

Sugar was dropped at my office after school, and we left shortly after to get some groceries and head home to hurriedly do a bit of this and that.  Then we packed up and headed on out to the farm.  We had a very special guest or two or three waiting for us up at my parent's.  We drove through the setting sun to get there, and our hearts were immediately filled with joy when we walked right in.  My cousin Shayla, her husband....and their darling baby girl had arrived from Kentucky.  Sooooo much excitement.
