Eleventh hour

I don't take enough advantage of the long light evenings. So around 11.15pm, as the rest of the household (all early birds) snoozed, I went for a wander down the road.

I was drawn to the sky to the north west which was stunning but with the bright sky and dark land it never really catches how light the evening is. So I took the other pic to show that I wasn't stumbling around in the dark.


Edit - just noticed as I looked back through my year ago blips that 2 years ago I did exactly the same thing and called it the same name. Guess I do go out in the late evenings occasionally.
