Productive

It's amazing how productive you can be when your house doesn't have internet. Only two days to go though! 

I spent the day adding insulation to the big window in my room. It's great for light but makes the room extremely cold so I thought I'd try something to see if it'd help. I used a thin plastic sheet which was taped away from the window - the idea is to trap a layer of air between the window pane and the plastic (kind of like how a wetsuit works). I am happy to say that it has indeed made a difference. Not much of one but definitely noticable so worth it as it starts to get colder. I've also piled blankets on my bed and have an electric blanket so I'm sure I'll survive!
