Rock cakes

Emily made lactose free rock cakes today whilst I finished unpacking. She also put some strange green icing on them as an attempt to use up some of the icing sugar. We realised whilst I was unpacking that we have three boxes of icing sugar (as well as multiple flours and sugars) between us, so we need to do lots of baking this year to use it up!
