It rained all day and then..

Just when I despaired of getting a Blip on the last day of our Holiday here, the sky cleared and the sun came out, so we hastily made our way the dozen miles or so to Wooler, at which point the sky clouded  over so we  gave up to head back, and were climbing a hill on the way to Belford when suddenly the sun came out and I watched the scene for about ten minutes, the light was stunning (even if I haven't caught it all that well)
It was one of those times you dream about and next year, I hope to travel that road at the same time, hoping for a repeat performance.
I'm Homesick already, but with luck will be off to the Lake District next weekend!
