Row, row, row your boat

Except we were paddling, a different action to rowing, and fortunately one which we seem to be getting better at.

This was our third year at the Mülheim Drachenbootfest and despite only 2/3 of the team ever having sat in a dragonboat before, we didn't lose, in fact we managed to achieve the time that Klaus (who ran our one and only training session) told us we needed to in order for him to buy our whole team (of 20) beers. Proof, I guess, thhat the carrot works better than the stick!
