Stepping Up

I had an appointment with the doctor this morning to check the scars from where my moles were removed. He was quite happy with them and said that I'm fine to go in the sea on holiday.

This sculpture is by the entrance to the surgery and is called 'Stepping Up' by Jon Mills. I've planned to blip it many times and this morning it was nicely lit by the sun.

When I got home, Barbs came round and we took the boys for a walk to the beach and stopped at Molly's cafe for a drink before heading back. It was lovely sat looking out to sea, it was so warm.

The rest of the day was spent in the garden relaxing and then tonight we went into Rottingdean for a drink with Tony and Alison.
