The day we went to Dunbar
A day of corporate fun at Foxlake. A grand day out. Some water-based fun for those that looked tolerable in a wet suit. For others and the infirm there was frisbee golf, which seems to be an actual thing. The golfers got the better deal, I think, since we got to keep our frisbees. And very good frisbees they are too.
Then on to Thistly Cross, taking advantage of relatives, to have a mooch about the cider barn. Peter was very generous with his time and his cider and if you persistently asked questions he'd tell you a lot about making cider. Enough to think that it would be worth doing again now that there's less chance of ending up with a glass of jaw-tightening dryness.
Between the home-brew, the cider and the pub after it was a pretty drunken day out.
