Not a great night's sleep and a long day in a slightly interminable meeting. I was grumpier than I like to be
Walking through the city I was watching workers hanging out of half built floors of this massive new building, lassooing window panels to slot in (not in shot here), when I spotted this woman wearing a red dress and with a long red scarf. Rather incongruous next to the woman in the hi vis jacket...no idea what was going on!
