In Montreuil, I went to this evening's event promoting the local "free book" programme. It was a chance to meet the artists whose images are used in the calendar that has been produced to promote the scheme, one of whom is DaleJoe. Poignant to see the cartoons done by Tignous, a neighbour who was one of the Charlie Hebdo victims.

Earlier I'd spent a fascinating few hours at Google in Paris, giving a talk, chatting with others who do similar work and experiencing the Google working environment.
