Goodbye Long Melford!

This is a view from our holiday cottage front garden along the road to the church. We got some lovely free plums from the lady in the house next door, which you can see in the foreground. We had a really good journey home and were back by 3pm., having had stops for coffee and for lunch. No Suffolk cakes today, but we did have doughnuts with our coffee!

We all feel we've had a really good break.
