Morning Glory

I hope the mellow autumn sunshine we're currently enjoying will last long enough to coax the tight buds on this anemone into glorious flowers like the one that shone out in our garden today. Such a simple flower, yet so beautiful!

With this month already nearly filled with activities for us, the last quarter of 2015 seems very close indeed. I'm continually grateful for this journal, and yours, to remind me to take time every day to notice what's around me, even if I don't always post an entry. 

As this date in 2001 made clear to us, each moment we're alive is precious.
