Flying Hens

We just haven’t really got round to sorting out a Hen Night (hardly top of the list when you are marrying second time round!). However the girlies from the flying club decided they couldn’t the occasion pass without doing something so we booked a table at Rovers Tye in Colchester.

They managed to surprise me straight away by coming out with a box of flowers (including the wedding gerberas!) and a balloon … well that made everyone stop and look in the restaurant!! We had a great night with plenty of food (the place is known for it!) and just one drink (driving unfortunately) … but chatter and laughter in bucketfuls. The final surprise was when the Hens picked up the tab!!

Such a good night I think we will have to have ‘Flying Hens on Tour’!!
