Blinded.....

.....by the sun!

Yesterday's shock sunshine has carried on until today, and might last until Wednesday if we're lucky and are to believe the weather reports.

I sweltered on the bus journey home and then spent the sunny day round at my friend's; baking a delicious lemon drizzle cake and then eating a delicious lemon drizzle cake, and then skyping her brother who is getting married in a few days far far away!

I know I should have spent my day off more constructively but I didn't, I chose to have a nice day instead (not saying that being constructive isn't fun, but it doesn't usually involve cake, does it???)
