In the Zone ....

Wow....what a day!   i don't think i can find the words to describe this day....1st day of the 4 day workshop with Diana!  What an amazing teacher and facilitator she is... she has such a wonderful combination of knowledge, understanding, clarity and inspiration....it also helps that she is a child of the 60's so the music is awesome!!!

We moved, we paused....we made marks and we all did what we needed to do to reach that state of .... being in the zone!   That place where time and logic doesn't exist, where judgements are thrown to the ground...as are expectations!!!   Being in the moment is what we are looking for...and i found it so often!

i am so jazzed i don't know if i will be able to sleep tonight...and i have to get up early, and do this all over again...wooo hooo!!!
