Greg Rutherford sculpture

The traffic on my way home from work was very slow this afternoon, which provided me with an opportunity to take a photo of the sculpture of Greg Rutherford on the A421 Fen Roundabout on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. The massive 8m metal sculpture by artist Clare Bigger was put up in 2014 to commemorate the gold medal won by Greg, who lives in nearby Woburn Sands, in the 2012 London Olympics. It is a magnificent sight that inspires me every time I drive past it on my way to and from the OU.
