A walk in the woods

After a morning catching up on housework I collected grandson and, as the church cafe was off, went to the Pine Cone café for lunch.
Then we went for a walk in Camperdown Park (with quite a bit of running - copying Daddy or being a racing car) and a play in the play area.
Once he'd been collected I decided I'd better have a run, my legs felt very heavy but I got round. Hope they're better next time.
