Abstract stripes

It's quite strange: I am not keen on abstract art (apart from the several paintings on my walls by Drummond Mayo), yet I'm loving Abstract Thursday. Host youoregon1 is always so encouraging.

Today's stripes come from the white muslin curtains that hang in my bedroom here. They look decidedly grey in the extra, but put that down to a trick of the light.

The other extra was taken in a very steep field! This horse was the only one who was happy to chat and have his nose rubbed and his photo taken, but it was difficult to get his whole head in the frame.
