bugs, bugs and bugger!

What a day! I was cleaning my house this morning and found what i thought were mouse droppings.  Closer inspection and google pictures later, i find out they are larvae! Probably from my indoor house plants, so in the bin they go.  Then the fun started.  Drove to work and some gypsy driver who probably doesnt even have a driving licence stops at a green light.  BMW in front drives into him and i drive into the BMW!  Great!  my lovely little Mini is crushed. ;(  The whole bonnet and i think the radiator is smashed up.  All the other cars have a small dent and few scratches and mine is the worst off!  Insurance sort out my car being picked up and taken to the garage.  I pay extra for a courtesy car and the insurance company tell me they will deliver that to me today.  BUT NO! they dont have any courtesy cars available and in the small print they have to provide me with one within 48hrs.  Great! so i'm stuck at the side of the road with my shopping out the boot of my car.  Luckily i'm a few mins walk from work so ended up not being too much of a disaster but the level of service from my insurance was shocking!  In need of this holiday ASAP.
