New cake for new academic year @EdinburghNapier

Day One for the MA Creative Writing cohort at Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland. As is tradition, I bake a cake for the new students - specifically, a lemon and poppyseed cake. Not exactly a contender for the Great British Bake-Off, but sticky and tasty nonetheless.
