Tilikum Crossing

Met with flow blipper, nhc, today! And had a good time. We'd planned to walk over Portland's new pedestrian/train bridge today, but couldn't: it doesn't open until Saturday! So many people walked or biked over it on Bridge Pedal day in July (myself included), we thought it was open and that Saturday was just for a big ceremony. Oh, well! It was beautiful to look at and we had a great walk anyway. Went all along the Eastside Esplanade, crossed the Willamette River over the Steel Bridge, headed back along the waterfront on the west side, crossed the Hawthorne Bridge and we're back where we started from. I'm looking forward to our next outing!
