Seattle - Eastlake

Teachers struck today, the first day of school and I gather tomorrow too - not happened in 30 years.  What is heartwarming is all the community support - guess the case has been better made than during the years I was in those trenches, severely underpaid for way too much work/kid load assigned us - to strike was to be "unprofessional" then-----which is such a loaded term.  

May it settle out soon and fairly.
