Flower Interiors

We have been told that today will be the last 90+degree day for the year.  I certainly hope they are right and that our beautiful fall weather is about to begin.  Since my goal was to spend as little time outside as was possible, I had a little indoor fun with the macro lens this evening.

 I often pick up little tiny wild flowers and keep them in water, just in case I need an emergency blip, with exactly this kind of activity in mind. These tiny little flower heads are each less than 5 mm each.
