Gone Fishing
As is my want, I couldn't resist a wee visit down to the harbour while out to collect our paper this morning. With the weather being fine, all bar one of the fishing boats were out, leaving an almost deserted harbour.
The sun was coming and going, but when it was out the colours were bright and the clouds like cotton wool. The piles of nets and other fishing gear lying about are always changing and today I thought they would make a nice colourful foreground for a shot of the empty harbour with the hills of Arran and white clouds in the distance.
I had taken a few earlier shots as the white yacht was passing the harbour, but preferred this one of it further up the Kilbrannan Sound.
