Big hill to climb today think its nearly 700 metres and we basically climbed straight to the top, no long steady ascent! Once we were on the top it was blowing a hooley! I had to give up using a stick as it was being blown between my legs and had jacket on and hood up trying to keep warm! In this photo I had caught up with husband and we were sheltering in a gully while waiting for some sheep to come round from the other side of the hill. Thankfully no mist though! We did have to postpone the gather until midday as the mist was down on the top of the hill. Means a late finish after a long gather. All tired tonight.
Whilst waiting for the mist to clear in the morning I caught up with paperwork and ordered sheep tags and labelled wool bags.
12c 10mph SE dry all day with sunshine between the clouds.
