Autumnal

There's a definite chill in the air and leaves are starting to turn, Smallest even appeared in my bed in the middle of the night because he was cold!

Met ClareClare for a cheeky which was splendid. Then onto Fat Club. I have gained all the weight I lost (but no more in the 2 years since I stopped going) so need to get a grip on it again and break some very bad habits! I would also very much like to get back into my wardrobe of lovely clothes!

I spent the afternoon cooking tea for tonight and tomorrow then walked to school via Sainsburys to get stuff for my packed lunch. It's been beautifully sunny so it didn't feel like a drag - I suspect the novelty of walking much more will wear off as soon as it starts raining!
