Tired man on a chair
I often see this man on the road between Skibbereen and Leap, a town about 8 miles from Skib. I believe he lives a little on the far side of that town and he walks this journey daily both ways. He walks rapidly, bent a little. Winter and Summer he rarely has a coat, just a thin woollen jumper, even in teeming rain. A chain smoker, his habits known locally, provided for, sometimes chairs, sometimes cigarettes, sometimes free cups of tea in Fields. He seems strangely protected.
