Nuthatch

It's been a fairly slow day today, nice and quiet;  we had to go into Leeds, or rather I had to go to a physiotherapist appointment.  The good news is I've been discharged and although I have to continue doing the exercises everything is looking good.  After that we met up with Deborah and had lunch together before coming back home and managing to spend an hour in the garden where I blipped this lovely bird.

I don't mind these sorts of days  -  I've not put an awful lot of effort in, but somehow it's been very satisfying.
