The Tour of Britain fourth stage was starting in Edinburgh today about the same time as The Queen was due to be in the city to open the Borders Railway so today would have been a good day to rob a bank with the numbers of police in the centre of the city. The actual TdB was a bit of a disappointment with the riders just sauntering up the Royal Mile past St Giles Cathedral and bunched tightly together. They obviously didn't fancy the cobblestones
