Usless tracks

After seven or eight years of works in Granada, one might think everything was finished and ready to start, but in fact the tramway has not started to work yet.
The local and regional authorities do not seem to be able to reach an agreement about some final details!!
Unbelievable but true!
The pomegranate tree blossoms are not worried about this!
