How old is he?

I hate pink so have so far refused to dress Audrey in it. The problem with this however is that as most newborns look like boys anyway; the fact that I don't provide well wishers with enough candy coloured visual cues to confirm her gender means most just presume she's a chap.

I seem to answer the question, "Awww how old is he?" with "SHE is 12 days old" etc. every single day.

Will probably give in and start dressing her like a sugar plum fairy or Katie Price's offspring soon but for now an sticking to my non-pink guns!

We had success with the Baby Whisperer schedule last night. Audrey slept through her demonic hours and settled after most feeds which furnished us both with 6 hours broken sleep and it felt a-mazing! Having always maintained that I'm a 9 hour unbroken sleep girl, to say I'm excited about 6 hours of broken sleep is quite something! But it tasted sooooo good!! Am sure we're in for a shocker tonight as payment!!!

Took her out for another walk in the sunshine and even managed to meet my husband at the local pub for a drink in the sunshine after his meeting. Being out feels great. Took this picture of her asleep in the pram.

Finished the day with dinner, the football and my first proper glass of wine in almost ten months. Managed half of it then felt tipsy and got a cracking headache. Am such a cheap date.
