Persian Poems and Psalms

Kiran Ahluwalia performing on the main stage at Greenbelt. A truly mesmerising performance as she shared her own musical arrangements of ancient Persian and Punjabi poems and songs. We were also treated to some fantastic musical interludes by her wonderful band.
Don't often insert extra photos, but thought I'd include an image of Revd John Bell in full flow in the Pagoda marquee. A firm favourite of mine and I'm always inspired by what he has to say and his talk on the Psalms certainly opened up my eyes to the beauty and meaningfulness of this book in the Bible.
