Disused archway

A road trip around West Sussex brought us to this place, a narrow country lane just off the B2139, in actual fact it was a field doubling up as an overflow car park for The Bridge public house, which was just a little further along the lane.
The archway was obviously a right of way to somewhere but was boarded up the other side. This mono  effect definitely gives the photo a spooky feel about it......
