Through Jo's Lens

Dance Festival

Work was challenging today. Our Outpatients room has been moved...temporarily...and the room we have now is teeney weeney...no room to swing a cat (not that I would) or to wheel a wheelchair (that I do, often and they're difficult to manouvre at the best of times, let alone when space is limited)...anyway, it is what it is and our permanent room should be an improvement. When I went to collect my car from the car park, I was well and truly trapped...thanks to some inconsiderate parking by numpties co-workers. Luckily, a man was sat waiting in a parked car and he was able to move the car so that I could finally be on my way home.

A quick tea for the boys before Lewis headed off to his boxing club and the younger two headed off for their school's yearly "Dance Festival" at the Bolton Arena. It is great to watch every child in the school, from Rec to Yr 6, dancing their hearts out to some great tunes. Jed's class danced to "Proud" (Heather Small) and Rowan's class danced to "We Like To Move It" (from Madagascar?). The whole school danced a finale to "The World's Greatest" (R Kelly)...great lyrics for primary school kids.

I couldn't get any decent pictures in the Arena (too dark) so here are Jed and Rowan, still dancing, back to the car park!

Today my brain actually got it that today was Tuesday...all day!
