That Tony's little adjustment to the flower trough keeps the neighbours pesky cats out as they have been using it as their toilet again grrrr

What annoys me most about cats is that they can crap anywhere with no consequences to the owners yet if us dog owners don't clean up we get fined for it and it's just the same ! Plus dogs don't go into someone else's gardens and ruin them either !
