The Leeds Castle Bake Off
Today we had a bake off in aid of charities. Who knew so many staff were so talented and how many were so competetive! There were some amazing cakes, and the CEO and Deputy plus a professional cake maker judged them all.
A pear and raspberry frangipani tart was the winner closely followed by a chocolate and amaretto meringue. Special commendations for the decorating of the LC lake complete with ducks and swans and a glamping tent.
All good fun and the slices then sold off. Delicious.
