Scalloway

Touristy day in Lerwick and Scalloway, the new and ancient capitals of Shetland respectively. My first visit to the very engrossing Scalloway Museum full of artefacts of the local history including the famous story of the Second World War Shetland Bus, followed by an excellent lunch at the delightful Da Haaf Restaurant This slipway with local boat the Swan is right next door to the restaurant at the NAFC Marine Centre.
