Sign

After work I headed out for a bike ride with ecodad. Grand it was until I clattered very unceremoniously to the tarmac. Lots of swearing but I managed to hobble back on the bike and ride home. Pretty sore knee, elbow and hip. I imagine tomorrow will be pretty limp.
