Lunch

Apart from the the cheese in the rolls and the little blob of mayo, this plate of food is all our own work. Grown tomatoes, cucumber and beetroot, made the runner bean chutney and the sweet potato rolls.

Nothing much of interest happened today but we had to get through a number of things for Doreen, doctors, appointments etc.

We did find time to go for a walk this afternoon but Susan was stung by a wasp and we had to return to the pharmacy we had just left after collection Doreen's prescription for a tube of cream for wasp stings and insect bites
